Jonas Blue’s career has grown into one of the most impactful stories in modern dance music. With era-defining records such as Fast Car, Perfect Strangers, Mama, Rise and Polaroid, his catalogue has been certified platinum over 135 times worldwide, generating more than 22 billion global streams, 85+ million single sales, and 6 billion video views. Along the way, he has earned a BRIT Certified Breakthrough Album, multiple BRIT Award nominations, and three BRIT Billion Awards, cementing his status as one of the most influential UK dance artists of his generation and the second most-streamed UK Dance Act globally.

Built on an instinct for melody, groove, and emotional connection, Jonas’ output has consistently bridged crossover success and dancefloor credibility. His collaborations span both emerging talent and global names, while his solo club records have reinforced his place in contemporary house culture contributing to seven No.1 records on the Billboard Dance Chart and a Beatport No. 1, with a reputation as a DJ who understands both the club and the crowd.

In 2026, Jonas enters a new creative phase, led by the release of Edge Of Desire – a record that signals confidence, evolution, and renewed focus. The track has quickly gained momentum worldwide, reaching the Top 30 on the Billboard Dance Radio Chart. Streaming continues to accelerate across key territories including the US, UK, Brazil, Mexico, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Australia, and Canada.

Beyond the studio, Jonas remains a relentless touring force, a mainstage regular at the world’s biggest festivals including Ultra Music Festival, EDC, Pal Norte and Creamfields, a consistent presence in Ibiza, and a trusted name across global club culture.

In 2026, Jonas continues to take his sound worldwide, embarking on a 14-date US tour, returning to Japan following his sold-out 2024 run, reuniting with the Defected Records family, and resuming a new Las Vegas residency. Reinforcing his reputation as an artist equally at home on festival mainstages and intimate dancefloors.

As he moves further into this next chapter, Jonas Blue remains focused on evolution without compromise, prioritising feeling over formula, unity over hype, and music that brings people together on dancefloors around the world.
Guy James Robin (born 2 August 1989), better known by his stage name Jonas Blue, is an English DJ, record producer, songwriter and remixer based in London who produces music which blends dance music with pop sensibilities. In 2015, Blue released a tropical house cover of Tracy Chapman's 1988 single "Fast Car". It was his debut single and features the vocals from Dakota. The Jonas Blue version peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart, behind Zayn Malik's "Pillowtalk". Its UK peak meant it charted higher than Chapman's original, which peaked at number five on the chart in May 1988 and a position higher upon a re-release in April 2011.
